... calling Linda just another high-class designer is an understatement... 'God-gifted' is probably a more accurate description of her special callibre. Deep within, I envy her somewhat, because, for the first time in my 17 years long career as a chef, it was her interior designing rather than my food, stealing the limelight in a restaurant. Linda is very conscious of the role that colour plays and gives huge consideration and time to this aspect from which atmosphere and concept evolve. Special areas of expertise include colour co-ordination, textures and fabrics.
